Drone strikes civilian vehicle in Sumy region: driver injured

A Russian drone struck a civilian vehicle in the village of Shalyhyne community in the Sumy region, injuring the driver.

According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, reported this on Telegram.

“In the morning, an enemy drone hit a civilian car in the village of Shalyhyne community. A 63-year-old driver was injured. He was taken to the hospital with injuries, and doctors are providing the necessary assistance,” the message says.

It is noted that, according to preliminary information, his condition is not severe.

As reported, a 62-year-old man was injured in the Sumy region as a result of enemy attacks over the past day.
