Kirishi oil refinery in Russia’s Leningrad region targeted by Ukrainian drones

Commander of the Drone Forces Robert Brovdi (Madyar) confirmed strikes on the Kirishi oil refinery in Russia’s Leningrad region.

According to Ukrinform, he reported this on Telegram.

The commander noted that the Kirishi refinery is among the top five in Russia, specializing in the production of high-octane gasoline and all types of fuel, with an annual output of 20 million tons.

The strike occurred overnight on September 14, carried out by units of the Drone Forces (14th regiment) and the Special Operations Forces.

As Ukrinform previously reported, an explosion occurred on a railway in Russia’s Oryol region, killing two Russian National Guard servicemen.
