Dutch intelligence confirms Russia increasing use of chemical weapons in Ukraine

"Dutch Military Intelligence and Security Service (MIVD) confirmed that Russia is deploying more chemical weapons in Ukraine. Earlier reports said that the Netherlands would supply Ukraine with missiles and components for the Patriot air defense system.
