Russian army loses 980 more soldiers in war against Ukraine

Total combat losses of Russian troops in manpower from February 24, 2022, to July 25, 2025, reached about 1,047,250 people, including 980 invaders eliminated in the last 24 hours.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

As of July 25, Ukrainian defenders have destroyed 11,049 (+3) enemy tanks, 23,052 (+5) armored combat vehicles, 30,777 (+31) artillery systems, 1,446 (+0) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,201 (+2) air defense systems, 421 (+0) aircraft, 340 (+0) helicopters, 47,834 (+196) tactical UAVs, 3,535 (+2) cruise missiles, 28 (+0) ships/boats, 1 (+0) submarine, 56,213 (+76) vehicles and tankers, and 3,935 (+0) units of special equipment belonging to the Russian Armed Forces.

As reported by Ukrinform, 130 combat clashes were recorded on the frontline on July 24. In particular, the Russian army attacked Ukrainian positions 43 times in the Pokrovsk sector, suffering significant losses there.
