In Kyiv, air defense forces shot down Russian drone
This was reported by Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“The downing of the enemy drone has been confirmed. Debris was found in an open area in the Solomianskyi district. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties,” he said.
At the same time, Tkachenko warned that Russian strike UAVs are already entering the Kyiv region.
“Air defense forces were working on single targets. But there are a number of Russian UAVs on the outskirts of Kyiv,” the head of the Kyiv Military Administration added.
As reported by Ukrinform, an air raid alert was declared in Kyiv for the second time in a day due to the threat of drones. Air defense forces are operating in Kyiv. Earlier, air raid alerts were declared in a number of regions.
