Russia strikes educational institution in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi with ballistic missiles, people may be trapped

In the Odessa region, in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, an educational institution was destroyed as a result of a Russian missile strike on the afternoon of June 23.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, according to Ukrinform.
“The enemy attacked the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi with ballistic missiles. The Russians destroyed a local educational institution,” the message says.
Kiper added that there may be people under the rubble – adults from the teaching staff. There were no children in the institution. Work to eliminate the consequences and search operations are already underway.
As reported by Ukrinform, in the Odesa region, in the village of Vyshneve, a celebration for graduates was held in the courtyard of the lyceum, which was hit by a Russian drone on June 5.
