Russian army loses another 1,130 troops in Ukraine in past day

The Russian army’s combat losses in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to May 24, 2025 amount to nearly 979,830 invaders, including another 1,130 troops killed or wounded in action in the past day.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
The Ukrainian defenders have also destroyed 10,852 enemy tanks (+11 in the past day), 22,622 armored combat vehicles (+47), 28,201 artillery systems (+36), 1,395 multiple launch rocket systems (+5), 1,169 air defense systems (+2), 372 aircraft, 336 helicopters, 37,177 unmanned aerial vehicles (+232), 3,197 cruise missiles, 28 warships/cutters, 1 submarine, 49,639 motor vehicles (+232), and 3,895 special equipment units.

As reported by Ukrinform, on May 23, as of 22:00, 150 combat clashes occurred between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and Russian troops.
