Zelensky on hit to Kherson CHP: Such Russian strikes cannot be accident

President Volodymyr Zelensky said that such Russian attacks as the one on Kherson CHP on Friday could not be an accident.

The head of the Ukrainian state said this in his evening address, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Today, in Kherson, there was a new targeted strike by a Russian FPV drone on an energy facility - the Kherson CHP. Such attacks cannot be an accident - the Russians know that this is an energy facility and that such facilities must be protected from any attacks in accordance with what Russia promised the American side,” he said.

According to him, on Friday, rescue operations continued all day in Kharkiv after a Russian drone strike.

“[In Kharkiv, there was] a targeted attack by six 'Shaheds'. Unfortunately, five people were killed. 34 people were injured. In total, last night alone, there were 78 attack drones, 56 of which were “Shaheds,” the President noted.

As reported, on the night of April 4, Russian troops attacked residential buildings in the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv and one location in Kholodnohirskyi.
