This was stated in an evening video address to the nation by President Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukrinform reports,

According to the president, today Russia also launched such attacks: “Cherkasy region - drone strikes. Kherson region - artillery and drone attacks on ordinary buildings, on people. Donetsk region – guided aerial bombs, drones, artillery. Zaporizhzhia - drones. Dnipro region - guided aerial bombs and drones. Sumy region - also aerial bombs and drones. "The geography and brutality of Russian strikes not just sometimes, but literally every day, every night, shows how little Putin cares about diplomacy. For several weeks now, we have seen the American proposal for an unconditional ceasefire. And almost every day, in fact, in response to this proposal is Russian drones, Russian bombs, artillery strikes, and ballistic missiles," Zelensky noted.

He emphasized that Russia’s actions deserve increased pressure on them - "deserving all tough steps that could break Russia's ability to fight and sustain this system of theirs, which seeks nothing but war."
