Three civilians injured, over dozen residential buildings damaged as Russians attack Dnipro

A drone attack on Dnipro has left three civilians injured and damaged more than a dozen apartment buildings, as well as businesses, educational, and cultural institutions.

Ukrinform reported this, citing Serhii Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

"All fires caused by the drone attack in Dnipro have been extinguished by rescuers. Three people were injured – a 48-year-old man and two women aged 75 and 78. All received medical assistance at the scene," Lysak stated.

The official clarified that the attack damaged businesses, educational and cultural facilities, and over ten apartment buildings. Also, more than 60 cars were damaged, and several were completely destroyed, including two trucks.

All emergency services are operating at the scene. Charities are distributing construction materials, while utility crews are clearing debris.

The regional chief also informed that the enemy launched attacks with kamikaze drones and artillery at Nikopol district targeting the district center, Pokrovske, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka communities. A 30-year-old woman was injured and will be treated on an outpatient basis.

According to Lysak, the attack damaged both multi-story and private homes, infrastructure, a gas station, and vehicles.

Ukrainian air defense forces successfully shot down six enemy drones over the region.
