A gas cylinder exploded at an enterprise near Rivne, increasing the number of injured to nine, two of whom are in serious condition.
The head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"A gas cylinder exploded at an enterprise near Rivne. This is the preliminary conclusion of specialists. It occurred during welding work," the statement said.
As noted, nine people were injured in the explosion, two of them in serious condition.
Relevant services continue to work at the scene.
As Ukrinform previously reported, an explosion occurred at the enterprise near Rivne, initially leaving eight people injured, one of them seriously.
