Mandatory evacuation declared in four more villages in Sumy region

Krasnopillia community in Sumy region has announced a mandatory evacuation of residents from the villages of Osoivka, Khmelivka, Vesele, and Lozove.

The Sumy Regional Military Administration (RMA) reported the evacuation order on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"A mandatory evacuation is announced from the settlements of Osoivka, Khmelivka, Vesele, and Lozove in Krasnopillia territorial community," the statement reads.

Authorities are urging residents to relocate to safer areas, as the region continues to face intensified Russian attacks.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 13, the Sumy Regional Defense Council ordered the mandatory evacuation of 543 people, including children, from eight villages in Yunakivka and Myropillia communities due to increased enemy activity.
