Destruction in downtown Sumy following Russian missile attack

Russians launched a missile strike targeting the central part of Sumy in Ukraine’s northeast, causing destruction in the residential area.
This was reported on Facebook by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform saw.
"The enemy launched a missile strike on the city center. Several high-rise buildings (sustained damage – ed.). In the nearby school, children had been taken to shelters, all are alive and being evecuated," the report said.
According to Artyukh, rescue services are currently working to eliminate the consequences.
The efforts to put out the blaze are underway.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian military shelled Sumy region 11 times in the early hours of Monday, March 24.
