Ukraine's Presidential Office confirms resumption of U.S. security assistance

Pavlo Palisa, Deputy Head of Ukraine's Presidential Office, has stated that the United States has resumed security assistance to Ukraine following talks in Saudi Arabia.
Palisa announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"I have confirmation that security assistance from the U.S. has been resumed. The agreements are being implemented. The struggle continues!" Palisa said.
On Tuesday, March 11, a meeting between the U.S. and Ukrainian delegations took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Following the meeting, the parties released a joint statement.
The document states that Ukraine expressed its readiness to accept the U.S. proposal to enact an immediate, interim 30-day ceasefire, which can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties, and which is subject to acceptance and concurrent implementation by the Russian Federation.
