Black Sea update: Russian warship carrying up to four missiles on combat duty
That’s according to a morning update on the security situation in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov by the Ukrainian Navy, seen by Ukrinform.
"In the Black Sea, there is a single enemy warship, a Kalibr carrier with a total salvo of up to four missiles. There are no enemy warships in the Sea of Azov," says a Facebook post by the Navy press service. In the Mediterranean Sea, there are four enemy warships, of which three are Kalibr carriers with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.
Over the past 24 hours, a number of vessels passed through the Kerch Strait in Russia’s interest: two into the Black Sea, moving on toward the Bosphorus Strait, and five – into the Sea of Azov, of which one vessel came from the Bosphorus Strait.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Ukrainian Navy pioneers the use of cruise missiles against enemy targets.
