Strike on Izium: Person trapped under rubble, administrative buildings destroyed

As a result of a Russian strike in Izium, administrative buildings were destroyed, a residential building was damaged. One person is currently trapped under the rubble.
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“Another person is under the rubble. Liquidation of the consequences continues. Administrative buildings have been partially destroyed, a five-story residential building has been damaged,” he said in the post.
Rescuers, emergency medical services, and a dog service are working, Syniehubov added.
As reported, on the afternoon of February 4, the Russian army struck the central part of Izium in the Kharkiv region with a ballistic missile, killing four people and injuring 20 more.
