Explosions in Konotop as mayor suspects ballistic strikes

Mayor Artem Semenikhin reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.

"Explosion! Another one! Danger!" he wrote on social media, adding that the air raid alert went off only after the explosion occurred.

According to the mayor, it could be a ballistic missile strike.

"Details to come! Silence!" urged Semenikhin.

An air alert was declared in a number of regions, including Sumy.

As reported, on December 4, Russian missiles hit the Shostka community in Sumy region, leaving non-residential buildings damaged.
