Russians shell 10 communities in Sumy region in one day, one killed and 13 injured
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration on Telegram.
"During the day, the Russians carried out 21 attacks on the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region. 92 explosions were recorded. Yunakivka, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Hlukhiv, Esman, Shalyhyne, and Seredyna-Buda communities were shelled," the statement reads.
Bilopillia community: the enemy fired mortars (5 explosions), artillery (8 explosions), MLRS (6 explosions).
Krasnopillia community: shelling was carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation using 3 FPV drones (3 explosions).
Esman community: 9 mines were dropped by the russians on the territory of the community.
Yunakivka community: shelling using FPV drones (6 explosions), shelling from MLRS (4 explosions) was recorded.
Myropillia community: 8 NAR missiles were launched from 1 enemy helicopter (8 explosions).
Hlukhiv community: the enemy struck with Grad MLRS (12 explosions). As a result, 1 child (14 years old) died; 13 civilians were injured, including 7 children.
Shalyhyne community: 2 mines were dropped by Russians on the territory of the community. There was also shelling using 1 FPV drone (1 explosion).
Velyka Pysarivka community: mortar shelling (13 explosions), shelling from automatic grenade launchers (4 explosions) was carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation.
Nova Sloboda community: mortar shelling (13 explosions), 2 explosive objects (2 explosions) were dropped from an enemy UAV.
Seredyna-Buda community: an explosive object was dropped from an enemy UAV (1 explosion).
As reported by Ukrinform, a 14-year-old boy who was injured in the shelling of the center of Hlukhiv, Sumy region, died in hospital.
