Public transport tracking services suspended in Kharkiv for security reasons
The press service of Kharkiv Metro reported this in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"In order to ensure the smooth functioning of critical infrastructure of urban electric transport under martial law and to prevent emergencies in the region, Kharkiv Metro stops broadcasting information about the location and movement of public transport on the Internet," the statement said.
This means that real-time tracking of the location of passenger transport rolling stock will be unavailable.
They promise to inform about the restoration of the function additionally.
As reported, the Security Service of Ukraine dismantled webcams in Kyiv that broadcast the work of air defense and the location of critical infrastructure during the air attack by Russian troops on January 2.
