Russia carried out another strike on Ukraine's port and railway infrastructure; in the morning, a drone attack on a freight train injured two railway workers.

The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Today in the morning, the enemy attacked the railway infrastructure of the Dnipro region. While a freight train was moving, a UAV hit the electric locomotive. The driver and his assistant were injured, and they were promptly given medical assistance," the statement said.

Yesterday, March 4, a Russian strike drone hit a civilian commercial vessel leaving a Ukrainian port and moving through a maritime corridor. One crew member was injured and received medical assistance.

In addition, last night drones struck a railway station in the Odesa region. Several wagons were damaged, but there were no casualties.

The ministry emphasizes that these attacks are deliberately targeting Ukraine's civilian logistics, railways and shipping. Russia is attempting to undermine Ukraine's economy and global food security.

As previously reported, on the evening of March 4, Russian forces hit a civilian vessel under the Panamanian flag with a drone while it was leaving the port of Chornomorsk. Some crew members were injured in the attack.
