Russian army intensifies shelling, air attacks in de-occupied villages of Luhansk region
Artem Lysohor, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"In recent days, the enemy has intensified shelling and air raids on de-occupied villages. For example, yesterday [January 5] they opened fire on Nevske and Bilohorivka. In total, about ten households in Nevske have been destroyed in recent days. Almost every day we record additional damage," said Lysohor.
According to him, the Russians launched attacks in the Kupiansk sector yesterday. The enemy is using more and more equipment to organize the assaults, as attempts to advance with infantry alone have not yielded any results.
As Ukrinform reported, the enemy attacked Nevske in Luhansk region with four KAB-500 guided aerial bombs, destroying two houses.
