Russians shelling downtown Kherson, missile threat declared in two regions

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Council First Deputy Head Yurii Sobolevskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Meanwhile, air raid sirens were ringing out in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk region due to the missile threat, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A reminder that, around 02:00 a.m., August 23, 2023, Russia attempted to attack the Odesa region with Shahed suicide drones.
