Enemy keeps 13 ships in Black Sea, including one missile carrier
This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Press Center of the Operational Command South, on the air of the telethon 'United News', according to Ukrinform.
"In total, the enemy keeps 13 units in the Black Sea, including the 'Admiral Makarov' missile carrier. There is one ship in the Azov Sea that controls the situation around the Kerch Strait," she said.
According to Humeniuk, the enemy is increasing its efforts to keep the entire population of Ukraine on edge. Before nightfall, a missile carrier with eight missiles was launched.
"This is the same 'Admiral Makarov' that fired at the Odesa region the day before and was on duty last night. But the plan was to use airborne missile carriers today," she emphasized.
As reported, on Tuesday, August 15, in the morning, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 16 enemy cruise missiles in the Ukrainian sky.
