US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, commenting on the barbaric rocket attacks on Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv, said that Russia's disregard for human life has no bounds.

The US ambassador wrote about this on social network X (ʼTwitterʼ)," according to Ukrinform.

“Russia continues its relentless and barbaric attacks on the people of Ukraine — yesterday hitting a hotel in Zaporizhzhia used by UN colleagues and USAID partners; today shooting missiles at Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. In the past 24 hours: 4 killed, 40+ injured, and a children's hospital damaged by debris. Russia's disregard for human life knows no bounds”, Brink said.

As reported, at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, the enemy fired an Iskander-K missile at a civilian facility in the center of Zaporizhzhia. One person was killed and more than a dozen others were injured.

In the morning on August 11, an air alert was announced throughout Ukraine. Explosions were heard in a number of regions, including Kyiv and the region. In the Obolon district of the capital, several places where fragments of enemy missiles fell were discovered.
