Zaporizhzhia strike: Number of injured rises to 16

The number of people injured as a result of the Russian missile attack on Zaporizhzhia has increased to 16.

This was reported by the head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Yury Malashko, Ukrinform reports.

"Unfortunately, the number of injured has increased to 16, including four children," Malashko wrote.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, at 19:20 on Thursday, the Russian forces launched an Iskander-K missile at a civilian object in the center of Zaporizhia. According to the initial reports, one person was killed and 11 were injured.

Later on Thursday, President Volodymyr Zelensky showed the consequences of the attack on his Telegram channel.
