Humeniuk: News of advancement in south dosed for sake of soldiers' safety

News about the advancement of Ukrainian soldiers in the south is dosed to save the lives of our soldiers, because the advancement is a very difficult process.

This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint press center of the Operational Command South, during the telethon 'United News', according to Ukrinform.

"The news may be a bit slower here. But remember that there is a lot of hard work behind it all. The progress is ongoing. We are just informing about it in a dosed manner in order to save the lives of our defenders," said Humeniuk.

According to her, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are currently engaged in a very difficult task. Breaking through the enemy's defense line is only the first stage. After that, Ukrainian defenders need to gain a foothold in certain areas and ensure the safety of the units that made the same breakthrough.

As reported, according to Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar, the Defense Forces in the south have broken through the first line of defense of Russian troops and moved to the intermediate line.
