One killed, one injured as Russians hit Zaporizhzhia region 105 times in past day

The Russians intensified their shelling of Zaporizhzhia region. Over the past day, 105 strikes were launched on 24 settlements.

"Eighty-seven artillery strikes were launched on the territory of Huliaypole, Novodarivka, Novoandriyivka, Novodanylivka, Huliaypilske, Olhivske, Malynivka, Charivne, Chervone, Bilohirya, Preobrazhenka, Zaliznychne, Levadne, Shcherbaky, Kamyanske, Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, Pyatykhatky, Lobkove, and Plavni. Three missile strikes hit Yuliivka, airstrikes hit Orikhiv, Mala Tokmachka, and Novodarivka, four UAV attacks were launched on Huliaypole and Huliaypilske, and eight MLRS attacks were launched on Zaliznychne, Staroukrayinka, Malynivka, and Bilohirya," Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Yuriy Malashko posted on Telegram.

In Novodanylivka, the rubble of a house destroyed by an airstrike was removed completely: the body of a dead 53-year-old man, who was considered missing, was retrieved. As a result of the artillery shelling of Preobrazhenka, an 83-year-old woman was injured. She was promptly taken to a healthcare facility in the regional center.

Twenty-nine reports on the destruction of houses, outbuildings, agricultural machinery, and social infrastructure facilities were received.

In total, the enemy launched 105 strikes on 24 settlements.

As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Ka-52 helicopter in the village of Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region.
