Russian troops shell village in Kherson region, woman injured

Russian troops shelled the village of Novodmytrivka in Kherson region, injuring a 33-year-old woman.

"We have an update on the number of injured in Russian shelling in the liberated communities of Kherson region over the past day. Another woman sought medical help. She received minor injuries yesterday and arrived at the hospital on her own today," First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevskyi posted on Telegram.

According to him, a total of three people were injured due to Russian aggression over the past day.

The Kherson Regional Military Administration added that a 39-year-old resident of Vesele, who was injured in the enemy mortar shelling last night, went to the hospital. She was diagnosed with back and shoulder injuries.

Today, the occupiers hit a residential building in the village of Novodmytrivka. A 33-year-old woman suffered facial injuries and was hospitalized in a moderate condition.

According to the Kherson regional prosecutor's office, the enemy opened fire from MLRS. At least six private houses and outbuildings were damaged.

"A pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation data, around 11:10 on July 30, Russian troops again struck the civilian population of Bilozerka community," the report reads.
