Ukrainian Defense Forces strike Russian 'Podlyot' and 'Nebo-M' radar systems, command posts, and storage base for Russian boats

The Defense Forces of Ukraine hit "Podlyot" and "Nebo-M" radar stations, command posts, a storage facility for boats, and other logistical assets of the Russian army in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and in the Russian Federation.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

Yesterday and during the night of April 17, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck enemy command posts, including a command and observation post near the settlement of Dovhe (temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region), as well as UAV control posts of the occupiers in the areas of Tetkino (Kursk region, Russia), Uspenivka, and Zelene in Zaporizhzhia region.

Also hit were a weapons and military equipment repair and maintenance base (Klynkyne, temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region), a logistics hub (Mangush, Donetsk region), and a storage facility for landing and assault boats (Chornomorske, temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea).

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck enemy ammunition depots in the areas of Skadovsk (temporarily occupied Kherson region), Panteleimonivka (temporarily occupied Donetsk region), and Dovzhansk (temporarily occupied Luhansk region).

Furthermore, a warehouse of material and technical supplies and a fuel and lubricants depot were hit in the areas of Sabivka and Rovenky in the Luhansk region.

According to preliminary results of earlier strikes, the destruction of a UAV laboratory near Orlynske (Donetsk region) on April 9, 2026, has been confirmed. As a result of combat operations on April 16, 2026, the strike on a "Nebo-M" radar station (Chernovets, Belgorod region, Russia) has been confirmed. The strike on a "Podlyot" radar station (Novomariivka, Rostov region, Russia) on April 15, 2026, has also been confirmed. Enemy losses and the scale of damage are being clarified.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, fighters of the "Khortytsia" brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine destroyed a Russian 35N6 "Kasta" radar station in temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region.
