Woman killed in Russian airstrike on Kherson region

On Sunday, July 16, Russian troops launched an airstrike on Kherson region, killing a woman.
As the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram, the Russian invaders hit a settlement in Beryslav territorial community around 20:00 on July 16.
A local resident received fatal injuries due to the enemy attack.
According to preliminary information, two strikes by guided aerial bombs were carried out by the Russian army.
During the day, five more civilians, two of them children, were injured due to the Russian aggression in the territory of Kherson region.
Law enforcement officers started a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
