1500 drones, 1000 missiles, 185 airplanes - Ihnat tells about enemy equipment destroyed by anti-aircraft gunners

During the full-scale war against Ukraine unleashed by Russia, Ukrainian air defense troops destroyed 185 Russian aircraft, about 140 helicopters, more than 1,000 cruise missiles and 1,500 drones.
Yurii Ihnat, a spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this on the air of the United News telethon, Ukrinform reported.
"As of today, 185 airplanes, about 140 helicopters, more than 1,000 cruise missiles and more than 1,500 unmanned aerial vehicles are the merit of the anti-aircraft missile troops, who are celebrating their professional holiday today," he said.
Ihnat also emphasized that ballistic missiles, such as Kinzhali and Iskanders, have recently begun to be shot down.
The spokesperson explained that anti-aircraft missile troops are the troops that destroy most enemy air targets.
On July 3, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Anti-Aircraft Missile Troops of the Ukrainian Air Force.
