General Tarnavskyi: Enemy loses more than one company killed, wounded in Avdiivka, Marinka directions

"The enemy continues focusing its main efforts on offensive operations in Avdiivka and Marinka directions. The enemy actively uses operational-tactical and army aviation to strike the positions of our troops. Last night, the enemy attacked our positions nine times. The enemy had no success and retreated," General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, the Commander of the operational and strategic group of troops "Tavria", posted on Telegram.

As noted, the invaders fire at the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements bordering the contact line using tanks, multiple launch rocket systems, and tube artillery. The enemy also uses UAVs to spot artillery fire.

In total, 162 strikes were recorded in Tavria direction last night, the commander said.

According to Tarnavskyi, missile and artillery units of the Defense Forces of Tavria direction performed 232 fire missions during the night. The enemy losses totaled more than a company killed and wounded.
