Ukraine, Estonia defense ministers sign memorandum on cooperation

The defense ministers of Ukraine and Estonia signed a memorandum on cooperation between the departments.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

“We signed a memorandum on cooperation between Ukraine’s MoD and Estonia’s MoD. We are deepening our cooperation on the basis of shared goals - peace and security for our countries and the entire continent,” he wrote.

He stressed that Estonia has been a staunch ally of Ukraine since the Russian invasion began. He also thanked the Estonian people and Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur for "their outstanding contribution to strengthening our defense and supporting Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic outlook."

 As Ukrinform reported, 600 Ukrainian infantrymen completed training in Estonia.
