Tractor driver runs over mine in Kherson region

In a field near the villages Tryfonivka and Borozenske, Kherson region, a tractor driver hit a Russian mine and was injured.

That's according to the Prosecutor General's Office, Ukrinform reports.

Prosecutors opened a pre-trial investigation into violating the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on April 17, around 16:00, in a field between Tryfonivka and Borozenske villages, a tractor driver ran over a Russian anti-tank mine.

The man was injured and hospitalized.

Priority investigative actions are underway with the participation of prosecutors and police.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, two people blew up on mines in Kharkiv region on April 14.
