Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 173,990 troops

Russia has already lost about 173,990 troops in Ukraine (+630 over the past day).

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Between February 24, 2022 and April 1, 2023, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 3,616 tanks (+1 over the past day), 6,981 armored fighting vehicles (+4), 2,683 artillery systems (+8), 527 multiple launch rocket systems (+1), 279 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+1), 306 aircraft, 291 helicopters, 5,528 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+7), 18 warships/boats, 2,248 unmanned aerial vehicles, 296 special equipment units (+2). A total of 911 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.

The data are yet to be updated.

A reminder that, on March 31, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 70 enemy attacks in four directions.
