More than 1,100 war crimes registered in Kharkiv region

Since the beginning of de-occupation measures in Kharkiv region, police officers have registered 1,164 war crimes.
As the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine posted on Facebook, 1,041 crimes were registered under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war), 105 – under Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaborative activities), etc.
As noted, the police helped to evacuate more than 3,700 people from the de-occupied territory of Kharkiv region to safe areas.
The National Police explosives technicians examined the region’s territory with a total area of about 1,319.3 hectares. A total of 21,437 explosives were found, 1,515 were destroyed.
