The Russian aggressor launched the second attack on Lysychansk, Luhansk region, in a day. Four houses have been destroyed and at least three people have been injured.

"It is not the first time that the residential quarters of Lysychansk are hit by enemy shelling on April 11," Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai posted on Telegram.

This morning, the rescuers found one victim in a house destroyed by Russians.

"In the evening, we have at least three injured Lysychansk residents. Rescuers handed people over to doctors. Healthcare professionals now provide care to them. Four houses were struck. Three of them were completely destroyed, one – partially," Haidai added.

The Russian aggressor is attacking Luhansk region continuously with various weapons – Tornado-C, Grad MLRS, aviation bombs, etc. Many residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, educational institutions have been destroyed in the region, and all hospitals are damaged.

On February 24, Russian president Vladimir Putin started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure facilities, massively fire on residential areas of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages using artillery, MLRS, ballistic missiles, and aviation bombs.
