Ukrainian Mereshko wins gold at 2020 Paralympics in 100m breaststroke

Ukrainian swimmer Yelyzaveta Mereshko won her third medal at the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo (Japan).

On the fourth day of the 2020 Summer Paralympics, she won a gold medal in the women's 100m breaststroke, Ukrinform reports.

Mereshko previously took gold in the women’s 50m freestyle and silver in the women’s 200m individual medley.

Ukraine Paralympic team has already won 33 medals – eight gold, 16 silver, and nine bronze.
