Dynamo Kyiv have defeated Sweden's Malmo 1-0 in their Europa League Group B opener.
The match took place at the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex in Kyiv on September 19.
Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Volodymyr Shepeliev scored a winner in the 84th minute.
The Ukrainian club interrupted a six-game winless streak in various tournaments of the season.
In another Group B match, Denmark's Copenhagen beat Switzerland's Lugano 1-0 at home.
Another Ukrainian club – Oleksandriya – lost 3-1 to Germany's Wolfsburg in Group I.
