The decisions made by the foreign ministers of France and Canada during their meeting in Paris will significantly accelerate the efforts of the International Coalition focused on return of Ukrainian children deported by Russia.

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha on Sunday, on the occasion of the 83rd anniversary of the Babyn Yar massacre in Kyiv, emphasized that the words "Never again" should be supported up by action.
On Sunday, September 29, Ukraine commemorates the victims of the tragedy in Babyn Yar -- one of the most terrible symbols of the Holocaust.
