Ukraine is launching a free educational program, Ukraine Rebuilding Task Force, for internally displaced persons, entrepreneurs, professionals, and managers of companies and organizations that will join international projects to rebuild and reconstruct the state.
More than 6,000 projects and project ideas for rebuilding Ukraine have been registered in the state electronic ecosystem DREAM, a tool for regional recovery.
Since the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, more than eight million Ukrainians have become refugees, and more than five million have applied for temporary residency status in Western European countries.
Implementing reforms during the war is an extremely difficult task, but they are the key to attracting the investment needed to rebuild Ukraine.
