Summer-like temperatures of up to +30°C forecast in Ukraine today, rain and thunderstorms expected in western regions

On Thursday, May 7, dry weather will prevail across Ukraine, although short-term rain and isolated thunderstorms are possible in the western regions during the day.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
Winds will be predominantly southwesterly at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s possible in some western areas.
Temperatures will range from 25°C to 30°C, while southern and southeastern regions will see 20°C to 25°C.
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, no precipitation is expected. Winds will be southwesterly at 7-12 m/s.
Temperatures in the capital will range from 27°C to 29°C, and from 25°C to 30°C across the Kyiv regions.
