The Embassy of Israel in Ukraine, together with Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation MASHAV, has provided 100 portable backup power systems for the Kyiv region.

According to the embassy's press service, the handover ceremony took place on February 25 with the participation of Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk and Israel's Deputy Ambassador in Ukraine Mila Tzur.

"Hospitals must operate continuously. Schools and shelters must remain safe. Families must be able to stay connected. Electricity is the foundation that enables communities to endure and recover," Tzur said during the ceremony.
