Sumy Vodokanal switches to emergency power, water supplied on schedule

On January 18, facilities belonging to the municipal water utility in Sumy were switched to emergency backup power.
This was reported by the Sumy City Council on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“As of 4:45 p.m., water utility facilities have been switched to emergency backup power,” the report said.
The city council noted that water will be supplied to homes according to a schedule with reduced pressure: from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on January 18 and from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on January 19.
Normal water supply will be restored after power is restored.
As reported by Ukrinform, on January 18, most of the facilities of the municipal water utility in Sumy were left without power due to problems with the power supply.
