Tender for construction of road to Bukovel resort cancelled
This was reported on Telegram by the Agency for Restoration, according to Ukrinform.
The Service for Restoration and Infrastructure Development in the Ivano-Frankivsk region cancelled the tender under code 021:2015-71320000-7 “Engineering design services,” which envisaged the selection of a contractor to develop design documentation for the construction of a motor road on the section from the village of Bystrytsia to the village of Yablunytsia via the village of Polianytsia, Nadvirna district, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
As stated in the procurement protocol, the grounds for cancelling the tender were the absence of further need to procure goods, works, and services.
The announced value of the procurement amounted to UAH 33.75 million.
As reported earlier, media outlets had circulated information about an alleged allocation of UAH 9 billion from the state budget for the next year for the construction of a new Carpathian road—from Bystrytsia to Yablunytsia via Polianytsia, where the Bukovel resort is located.
Subsequently, Serhii Sukhomlyn, Head of the Agency for Restoration, denied the information about the allocation of budget funds and noted that the agency’s leadership had not approved the tender announced by the regional restoration service, which would be cancelled.
