Russia tightening filtration measures in TOT

Ukrinform
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russian forces are intensifying filtration measures, searching for residents who do not have Russian passports.

Ukrinform reports this, citing the Center for National Resistance (CNR), which posted the information on Telegram.

“In the TOT (temporarily occupied territories), inspections have sharply increased. Filtration is now carried out not only at checkpoints but also in workplaces. Public utility services have been instructed to identify those who have not obtained the status of ‘citizens of the Russian Federation’,” the statement reads.

According to the CNR, people without Russian passports face threats of deportation, property confiscation, or suspension of social payments.

“The goal is obvious – to expel those who are ‘not theirs’ and leave only the loyal ones,” the Center added.
