Resilience centers are examples of modern human-centered social policy, and they should be made part of the social services system in Ukraine.

This was stated by Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity Denys Uliutin in an interview with Ukrinform.

“I think that this project, which the ministry is implementing as part of First Lady Olena Zelenska's All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program ”How Are You?", needs to be scaled up and made part of the social services system throughout the country. After all, resilience centers are an example of what modern social policy should be: people-centered and comfortable. Everything there is built around human needs — from the interior to the attitude of the staff," Uliutin said.

Uliutin noted that the centers are one of the tools that make it possible to identify people's problems in a timely manner, because they come there with specific requests.

As reported by Ukrinform, as of June 2025, citizens could receive services from Resilience Centers in almost 300 communities in Ukraine.
