In the temporarily occupied Starobilsk, Luhansk region, local men are receiving military call-up notices from the Russia-installed administration.

The Luhansk Regional Military Administration announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"It has already been reported that men are being sent for a physical in Novopskov. Now another wave of mobilization has covered Starobilsk district, where summonses are handed out right on city streets," the statement reads.

In Lysychansk, near the local glass factory, the invaders raided the surrounding households, found the vacated ones, and accommodated there a number of Russian military personnel and other “guests” who think they are coming there to help. Almost all houses have already been occupied.

The Luhansk RMA also reports that people in Sieverodonetsk are promised some sort of social benefits every day, including for damaged property.

"The first problem is not to prepare paperwork, but to file it,” the report reads, adding that it is because the invaders accept such paperwork in random hours and snub many applicants. The second issue is cash money shortage observed since New Year.

“But on the eve of the so-called ‘first elections’ anything can be promised,” administration adds.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the invaders are bringing prosecutors from the Russian Federation to the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region.
