Ukraine ambassador meets with Estonian social protection minister, Ukrainians, volunteers

Ambassador of Ukraine Mariana Betsa met in Tallinn with Minister of Social Protection of Estonia Signe Riisalo, temporarily displaced citizens of Ukraine, and volunteers.

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Estonia posted this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"During the meeting, the challenges faced by Ukrainian refugees in Estonia (who fled Russian military aggression) were discussed. Separately, the officials also raised the issues of temporary and permanent housing for Ukrainians, social benefits, employment, etc.," the statement reads.

The ambassador also thanked Estonians for their substantial assistance to Ukrainian citizens.

As Ukrinform recaps, the previous meeting between Ambassador of Ukraine Mariana Betsa and Estonian Minister of Social Protection Signe Riisalo took place in February 2023.
