Over 13.5M people in Ukraine fully jabbed against COVID-19

A total of 131,129 people in Ukraine were vaccinated against COVID-19 on December 28, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has said.

"As many as 34,463 people received their first dose, 94,974 people received their second dose, 402 people received an additional dose, and 1,290 people received a booster dose," the statement said.

The ministry also added that since the launch of the vaccination program, 14,639,496 people received their first dose, 13,542,266 received both doses, 2,610 people got an additional dose, and 2,280 people received a booster dose. A total of 28,186,652 doses have been administered.

As was reported earlier, 5,454 new COVID-19 cases were detected in Ukraine on December 28.
